Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.06.2015 and further directing the respondents to give appropriate respect to all Lorry drivers and Auto drivers and treat them as human and give equality to rich as well as all lorry drivers and auto drivers in accordance with law.
The Petitioner claims that the police authorities had stopped his lorry twice allegedly on the ground of over speeding but were actually demanding money abused him, for which the petitioner made a
complaint. The petitioner now seeks to give a colour of Public Interest Litigation to this personal episode, the veracity of which allegations is still pending. We find no element of Public Interest Litigation in it.
