Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the acceptance order of the respondent herein dated 13.02.2014 and quash the same o the ground of null and void and cannot be acted upon in law without following due procedure of law and consequently, direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with all benefits etc.
