Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in his impugned letter No.Rc.No.A3/129/2015, dated 03.06.2015 issued to the third respondent Bank to freeze the Bank account of the petitioner, quash the same and further direct the first respondent to lift the Bank attachment by withdrawing the letter issued in Rc.No.A3/129/2015, dated 03.06.2015 to the third respondent-Bank.

ORDER
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner-Builder has already executed the personal bond to the satisfaction of the appellate authority and the Bank attachment has also been lifted, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and the learned counsel has also made an endorsement on the petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
