The respondents have filed an affidavit on 25.07.2015 statin that in the batch of writ petitions of 92 petitioners filed befor this Court, 80 petitioners have not cleared the written examinatio
so as to come within the zone of consideration and thus thos petitions have become infructuous. The merits of this case are no required to be gone into.
3.In view of the aforesaid, the case of 79 petitioners in th following table is disposed of as infructuous, leaving the question of law open, except qua L.Lakshmanan and G.Sridharan (W.P.No.15196 o 2015); M.Velan, M.Venkatachalam and K.Bharanitharan (W.P.No.15167 o 2015); and P.Kumaravel, C.Saranya and B.Pandiyan (W.P.No.15205 o 2015) and these three petitions survive in respect of the aforesai petitioners and they would be governed by the order passed in th other petitions. No costs.
