Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus
calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in
Ni.Mu.No.664 of 2010/E1 dated 19.05.2011 on the file of the 1 st
respondent herein, quash the same and consequently direct the
respondents 1 to 3 herein to grant necessary Patta to the
petitioner's land measuring 3.95 acres in S.F.No.425/1A in
Narasipuram Village, Coimbatore South Taluk and District within a
stipulated period.
