PRAYER: This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records of the respondents 1 and 2 relating to item Nos. 10 to 15, 17 to 27 of Tender Notification No. 10/2002-03/SDO dated 05.02.2003 and quash the same in respect to the award of the contract pertaining to the said work to the respondent 3 to 5 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's tender for the work pertaining to item Nos. 10 to 15, 17 to 27 of the Tender Notification No. 10/2002-03/SDO dated 05.02.2003.
ORDER
Reference may be made to the order dated 25.11.2015. On the said day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner hence the matter was posted for dismissal today.
