Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in proceedings No: E.Po.Thu.Na.Ka.No.:M4/7531/2006 dt 26.11.2008 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant w.e.f. his initial date of appointment on 26.2.79 and consequently revise the salary and pension and pay the arrears and other consequential monetary benefits.
