“....Viewed in that perspective, this Court without analysing the pros and cons of merits of the matter in detail and also not delving deep, permits the parties to approach the Learned Single Judge and seek for an early final disposal of the M.P.No.1 of 2015 in W.P.No.16620 of 2015 in the interest of Equity, Fair Play, Justice, Good Conscience and even as a matter of Prudence for resolving the issue as expeditiously as possible. It is open to the Appellants to file a counter to the M.P.No.1 of 2015 in the Writ Petition. Liberty is also
granted to the respective parties to raise all factual and legal pleas in the subject matter in issue.”
