Mr.P.H.Arvindh Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General appears for the appellants and Mr.P.Wilson, learned senior counsel appears for the respondent. With the consent of the learned senior counsel for both sides, the writ appeal is taken up for final disposal.

2.This intra court appeal arises out of the order dated 07.01.2015 in W.P.No.30868 of 2014.

3.The guidelines for installing dedicated feeder line, prescribed in Letter No.1692/SE/TEDC/TTN/AEE/G1/JE2/FDKT/14 dated 01.09.2014, as extracted in para 10 of the order rendered by the learned single Judge, reads as under:

4.Constraints in erecting the 22KV dedicated feeder line from Vagaikulam SS to Mountain Spinning Mill HTSC 92”

4.For that, the consumer has to take steps to the satisfaction of the Corporation. It is stated that in other cases, the representations of the consumers have been considered by the Corporation. Therefore, the respondent/writ petitioner is directed to satisfy all the requirements for installing the dedicated feeder line. Thereafter, the authorities would take steps to grant dedicated feeder line as directed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. The writ appeal is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
