This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in respect of the impugned order contained in the communication No. TRAO/CSC/2014 dated 05.08.2014 of the 3rd Respondent to quash the same for being malafide illegal and violative of the Petitioner fundamental right to dignity of life guaranteed to him under Article 21 of the Constitution of India and directing the Respondent No.3 to continue to supply to the Petitioner the domestic cooking gas refill cylinder under gas connection No.994 with the 4th Respondent as was being supplied till 24.12.2011 with cost.
