Petition Presented to this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st Respondent and the Subordinates to furnish the award copy passed by the 2nd Respondent against the petitioner in his proceedings No.201/97-98 dated 8.11.97 and the other documents as requested by the petitioner and futher direct the 1st respondent to decide the dispute revised by the petitioner by this Petition dated 29.3.03. under section 90 of the Tamilnadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 by Filing the petitioner sufficied opportunity.
