ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SIVA ILAYARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

Delay of 596 days in representing the main contempt petition is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, which shall be forwarded to the persons, who are affected with natural calamities in Nepal, within a period of two weeks.
