PETITION under Section 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the first respondent to produce the detenues namely Mr.Venkatesan, aged 42 years, Smt.Abarna aged 30 years, (the petitioner's daughter) and their three children namely srihari aged 9 years, Narayanan aged 7 years and Sri Thulasi @ Mathumitha age 3 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the petitioner for causing production of his daughter, son-in-law and their three children on the ground that their whereabouts are not known.
