After hearing the submissions of both sides, the following issues are framed for consideration:

1. Whether the Election of the first respondent as returned candidate from No.35, Ramanathapuram Parliamentary Constituency at the Election held on 24.4.2014 is liable to be declared as null and void, on the ground of corrupt practice committed by the first respondent and his men with the consent and knowledge of the first respondent and also for the non compliance of the code of conduct of election or not?

1. Whether the first respondent has been indulging in bribing the electors of Ramanathapuram Parliamentary Constituency, through his agents, who acted with his consent and knowledge, by distributing money to the voters to exercise their franchise in favour of the first respondent which is deemed to be the corrupt practice under Section 123 of Representation of People Act, 1951 or not?

3.Whether the first respondent through his agents, who acted with the consent and knowledge of the first respondent bribed the voters by paying them a sum of Rs.200/- each to them with his consent and knowledge to induce the voters in Ramanathapuram Parliamentary

Constituency during the course of his election campaigning to exercise their franchise in favour of the first respondent, which is deemed to be the corrupt practice under Section 123 of Representation of People Act, 1951 or not?
