PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioners who arrayed as A1,A2 and A5 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(B), 324 and 307 of IPC in Crime No.186 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the de facto complainant is running a Readymade showroom at Melur. On 08.03.2015, three persons came to the shop and asked for a green colour T-Shirt, since it was not available they used filthy language and also attacked the de facto complainant with knife.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case, due to business motive.
