ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
This Court has granted interim bail to the petitioner as per his affidavit of undertaking dated 09/09/2015, in which he undertook to surrender before the police station after expiry of interim bail for a period of one week.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that as per the undertaking, the petitioner has not surrendered before the respondent police.
4.Considering the fact, this petition is dismissed and the respondent is at liberty to secure the accused.
