2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 27.04.2012 given by the petitioner was enquired into and the same has been closed on 30.11.2013 on the ground that the petitioner did not produce the necessary documents before the

respondent police. Hence, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint in person enclosing all the original documents to the respondent police and on such complaint being given, the respondent shall enquire into it in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
