O R D E R
Petition to modify certain portion of the bail order passed by
the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in
Crl.M.P.No.6008 of 2014 on 3.12.2014.

2.Heard both sides.

1. Petitioner's right eye is lost. There is blurred vision in his left eye. In the circumstances, I accept the plea for modification of the condition requiring the petitioner's appearance before the respondent police daily at 10 a.m., until further orders.

1. The order passed by the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.6008 of 2014 on 3.12.2014 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
