It appears that seventeen witnesses have been examined in the Trial Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court has also directed that the trial proceedings should go on. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission for withdrawing the case and has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission granted. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.

The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
