3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered in Crime No.72/2015 for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 427 and 379 IPC, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.06.2013. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
