Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1971 to punish the respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Sirkali police station, Nagapattinam District in disobeying the order of this Court dated 30.12.2013, made in Crl.OP.No.33646 of 2013 by committing contempt of Court order in not registering the case on my complaint. For Petitioner : Mr.L.Mahendran For Respondent : Mr.Sivaramkumar Govt.Advocate (crl.side) O R D E R Heard both sides. 2.It is now submitted by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that FIR is registered in Sirkali Police Station, Nagapattinam as Cr.No.217 of 2015 dated 21.03.2015 for the offences under Sections 420 IPC.
3.In view of the same, the contempt petition is closed
