3.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that as against the passed in the Writ Petitions, the respondent has preferred a Writ Appeal and
the same is yet to be numberred.
4.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out their remedy in the Writ Appeal, in the manner known to law.
