COMMON ORDER
(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice)
A fresh allotment letter dated 05.08.2015 has now been
issued and the petitioner has to make payment. On payment
being made, the sale deed will be executed by the
respondents in terms of the directions passed in the
judgment of which contempt is alleged.

Learned Advocate General expresses some apprehension on the issue of the compound/simple interest being treated as a precedent. We see no reason for such apprehension, as in the present contempt proceedings we are only concerned with the enforcement of the order and since only simple interest has been granted, as per the order the same has been enforced.
