While the appeal in CMA No.3576 of 2012 is filed by the wife, challenging the order of the Family Court annulling the marriage solemnised between her and the respondent, the revision petition CRP NPD No.4910 of 2012 is by the husband challenging the order passed by the Family Court, directing the return of a gold necklace weighing about 23 grams.
- Heard Mr.T.S.Rajamohan, learned counsel for the wife, who is the appellant in the appeal and the respondent in the revision and Mr.R.G.Annamalai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-husband in the appeal and the petitioner in the revision.
