This application is filed by the applicant, seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish security to the tune of Rs.8,92,456.60/- failing which to order attachment of the immovable property of the second respondent morefully described in the judges summons.
the applicant would submit that though substituted service by way of paper publication was effected in Tamil Daily “Thina Boomi” on 25.08.2016, as ordered by this Court on 28.07.2016, there is no response from the respondents and she has filed an affidavit of service to that effect. She would further submit that arbitration proceedings culminated in an award in favour of the applicant. The said statement is recorded.
