PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to exclude area comprised in S.Nos.1 to 8 and 14 to 21 area from 8^th respondent's 7^th ward, and include the same in the 9^th respondent's village in view of the Tamilnadu Panchayats (Exclusion of any local area from or inclusion of any local area in a village) Rules 1999 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2013 within a period to be stipulated by this Court.
