On perusal of the pleadings and documents and submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the sole prayer of the learned counsel being for disposal of the representation, we direct that the fourth respondent should dispose of the representation dated 04.08.2014 (addressed to the first respondent with a copy to the fourth respondent) by a reasoned order, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of one month from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
