PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1^st and 2^nd respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of Helper in the office of the 3^rd respondent.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working as a contract labour and the Assistant Executive Engineer was directed to submit a report about the petitioner and he has also submitted his report to the Executive Engineer by his letter dated 01.03.2014 and thereafter, no action has been taken by the Executive Engineer and also by the 3^rd respondent, hence, this writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

It is submitted by the learned Standing counsel for the respondents that the case of the petitioner would be considered by the third respondent on the basis of the report of the Assistant Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer.

Considering the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the report of the Assistant Executive Engineer and Executive Engineer with respect to the case of the petitioner and also pass orders within four weeks from the receipt of said report. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
