The petitioner, a house wife, with no specific interest or history of social work, seeks to raise an issue on a news item and electronic media reporting alleging that the incident would disturb the communal harmony and that she has already made a representation dated 13.08.2014 to the second respondent.
2.We see no reason to entertain this petition on behalf of the petitioner as a Public Interest Litigation, which is a clear endeavour towards publicity.
3.In any case, the respondents, if not already made aware by the media, have been made aware by the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2014 and they would take care of the law and order situation.
4.The writ petition stands dismissed.
