imprisonment at Central Prison, Coimbatore, has come up with the above writ petition, seeking issue of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from transferring his son to any other prison.

Heard Mr.A. Gowthaman, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R. Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

Mr.R. Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, has produced a copy of the statement filed by the 3^rd respondent. The relevant portion of the statement reads as follows:

"...He has not been transferred to any other prison from his admission. It is also submitted that there is no proposal at present to transfer Ct.No. 15990 Senthilkumar from Central Prison, Coimbatore to any other prison. The petitioner's son continuance in Central Prison, Coimbatore is contingent upon his good conduct in Central Prison, Coimbatore." 4. The above statement made by the 3^rd respondent is recorded and the writ petition is closed as no further orders are necessary at this stage. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
