PRAYER: The Petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue an order of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records pursuant to the order of the 2nd respondent, in Lr. No. 3880/U2/2010 dated 04.08.2011, upholding the decision of the syndicate of the 1st respondent to compulsorily retiring the petitioner, quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to reinstate the petitioner with full backwages, continuity of service with all other attendant benefits and pass such further orders.
