The petitioners have approached this court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to obtain willingness from the substitutes by communicating by way of individual notice and after obtaining the willingness directing the respondents to implement the G.O.(1D) No.86 dated 02.03.2011 for the transfer of the petitioners from the schools under the control of the department of Kallar Reclamation to the schools under the control of the School Education Department.
Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondents and the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 06.06.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, there shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
