This petition came to be numbered by transfer of O.A.No.3447 of 2003 from the file of the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent made in proceedings Na.Ka.No.3584/AA2/03 dated 06.09.2003, to quash the same and to consequently direct the respondents to extend all benefits both service and monetary.
