2.Mr.Pala.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent produced a copy of the G.O.3(D) No.16, Co-operative, Food and Consumer, Protection (CM1) Department, dated 06.11.2012. By the said Government https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Order, the Government accepted the order of the learned single Judge impugned in the writ appeal and dropped all further proceedings and

allowed the respondent to retire. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ appeal. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
