It is stated that this writ appeal arises out of interim order. However, the writ petition itself appears to have been disposed of. Therefore, learned counsel for the appellants seeks to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to challenge the order passed in the main writ petition.
2.Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to challenge the final order passed in the writ petition. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
