This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 21.3.2013 made in W.P.No.6896 of 2013, dismissing the writ petition, challenging the Government Order in G.O.Ms.264, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme ( NMP-3) Department, dated 17.10.2012 and the tender document dated 18.02.2013.

In the writ appeal, the allegation was against respondents 3 and 4, who were to be selected by the Government of Tamil Nadu for supply of eggs to the Government. The learned Senior Counsel for the appellant has filed another writ Petition, from which it appears that respondents 3 and 4 have not been selected for the said purpose.

In this view of the matter, the writ appeal is rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected MPs are closed. No costs.
