Learned counsel for the respondent states that he has obtained instructions from the President and Secretary of the respondent Club and the moment the letter is handed over by the appellant in terms of what we have recorded in the last order dated 12.12.2014, the same would be considered favourably by the Committee.
2.Learned counsel for the appellant states that he will hand over the letter today itself and the same be placed before the Committee within four (4) days. Needless to say, as a consequence of a favourable consideration, the appellant would be able to enjoy the benefit of the membership of the club including for the new year eve.
3.The appeal stands, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 stands closed.
