Today, the matter is called in open Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner along with the petitioner and the detenue are present. Wife of the petitioner, namely, Leila Banu also present. The petitioner identified the detenue. The detenue asserted that there is no illegal detention or harassment caused to her by any one. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition becomes infructuous. In these circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
