This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to produce the petitioner's wife namely Ranjitha, aged about 22 years, who is said to be missing from 12.07.2014 before this Court and set her liberty and handover the custody to the petitioner.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police have secured the detenue and handed over her custody to the petitioner herein and now, the detenue is in the custody of the petitioner/husband of the detenue.
