This Habeas Corpurs Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution directing the third respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Mr.Nagendran aged 43 years, son of Ponnusamy lodged in Central Prison, Vellore, confined in closed prison block before this Court, thereby directing the respondents to shift the husband of the petitioner from closed prison block to common block.
