Invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the present revision has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the Rent Control Appellate Authority / the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai to dispose the Rent Control Appeal in R.C.A.No.5 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a time which may be fixed by this Court.
