PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 against the order, dated 26.08.2013 made in R.C.No.38 of 2012 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Principal Subordinate Judge), Tiruchirappalli confirming the decreetal order and fair order, dated 04.06.2012 in R.C.O.P.No.109 of 2008 on the file of the Rent Controller (I Additional District Munsif), Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER
There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, on 02.01.2014, the matter was directed to be posted on 03.01.2014. On 03.01.2014, this Court directed the I Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli to send a report regarding the Execution Proceedings. Again the matter is posted today under the caption “for dismissal”. No one on behalf of the petitioner is present. Hence, the civil revision petition is dismissed for default. That apart, the report, dated 07.01.2014 would reveal that delivery was effected on 16.12.2013 in the presence of the petitioner's wife, namely judgment debtor's wife Mrs.Muthulakshmi.
