By an order dated 16.07.2014, while allowing the above said CRP.(PD).No.2209 of 2014, this Court has directed the Trial Court viz., City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of the original suit in O.S.No.450 of 2013, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.
