Petition filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. to call for the records in order of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam in Cr.M.P.No.15057 of 2013 by order, dated 20.12.2013, by imposing the condition of execute a bond of Rs.2,00,000/- in cash and furnish two sureties for like some to satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, uthamapalayam and set aside the same and consequently, grant interim custody of the vehicle namely Tanker Lorry bearing Reg No.TN AY 4344 to the petitioner.

ORDER
This criminal revision petition is preferred against the order made in Cr.M.P.No.15057 of 2013, dated 20.12.2013, whereby the petitioner seeks custody of the vehicle namely tanker lorry bearing registration No.TN.59-AY-4344. While, ordering interim custody of the said vehicle, the court below has imposed the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.2,00,000/- and furnish 2 sureties for like sum to the satisfaction of the Court below among other conditions. Aggrieved against the said condition the petitioner has preferred this revision.
