Today, learned Senior Counsel would state that the petitioners, as per the directions of this court, will appear before the lower court concerned on 8.7.2015 without fail as there is NBW pending. Further, he would state that as directed by this court in Criminal Original Petition No.15743 of 2015, the petitioners would surrender and seek for recalling of the warrant and file an undertaking affidavit before the court below that they would definitely appear before the court below on all days when they are required especially on the day of framing of charges and also on any other day, without fail.

and he had been directed to appear before the court below on 8.6.2015. Therefore, the court below is directed to dispose of the case within a period of five months thereafter as per the letter of request.
