3.Today when the matter was taken up, both the parties along with their respective counsels were present and they filed a joint compromise memo and also agreed for compromise.

4.In view of the same, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed in terms of joint compromise memo and the proceedings in Crime No.65 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent is hereby quashed.
