This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in the above Cr.M.P.No.60 of 2013 in the above S.C.No.244 of 2007 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli and set aside the order of rejection of prayer to examine a witness by the private counsel engaged by the victim, passed by the III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli in Cr.M.P.No.60 of 2013 dated 05.12.2013.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.04.2014, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed on 04.04.2014 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
