PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
There are totally three accused in this case and the petitioners are arrayed as A1 and A2 and were remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 05.01.2014 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 399 of IPC in Crime No.3 of 2014, seek bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the Sub-Inspector of Police of respondent police received an information about the committing of dacoity and accordingly he proceeded and arrested the accused.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are involved in a case registered in Crime No.229 of 2010 for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. and another case registered under Section 209 of Cr.P.C. and that the investigation is pending.
5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State and also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
perused the materials available on record.

6 . Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature
of the allegations and period of incarceration and the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on each of them executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, and on further condition that the petitioners shall stay at Ramanathapuram and report before the Ramanathapuram Bazaar Police Station daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
