ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 406, 420, 468 of IPC., in Crime No.356 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused Nos.2 & 3 have sold the property of the de-facto complainant to the first accused by a sale deed dated 12.07.2010.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the accused Nos.2 and 3 are the owners of the property to an extent 4 acres and 84 cents and they have sold the property by a registered sale deed dated 12.07.2011 and the petitioner is the bonafide purchaser. The owners of the property, who is arrayed as A2 and A3 have granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9832 of 2012 dated 07.01.2013.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The petitioner shall comply with the condition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
