ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 324 and 506 (ii) IPC in Crime No.20 of 2014 and hence seeks anticipatory bail.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had not attacked the defacto complainant as alleged in the FIR.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that defacto complainant was discharged from the hospital and the petitioner had no bad antecedents.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 11.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for the purpose of interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ scrupulously.

The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
